1. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Age Verification

At the point of registration, you are required to confirm that you are aged 18 or above by accepting these Terms & Conditions. However, xc666 reserves the right to request formal documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to:

• Passport (valid, showing date of birth)

• Driver's Licence (where date of birth is shown)

Until satisfactory age verification is completed, xc666 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to specific platform features. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without notice. Any balance held in such an account will be forfeited in full. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

3. Account Registration & Security

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xc666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where xc666 determines it to be appropriate:

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the xc666 platform in any manner not explicitly authorised.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the xc666 platform, including odds data, game content, or platform code.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

xc666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, age restriction violation, or a request by the player themselves.

7.1 Player-Requested Closure

You may request the closure of your xc666 account at any time by contacting xc666 support via Live Chat. Before processing a closure request, xc666 will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are settled. Account closure requests made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of one year.

7.2 xc666-Initiated Suspension

Where xc666 suspends an account on the basis of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, xc666 will notify you via the email address registered to your account. During a suspension period, access to your account balance may be restricted pending investigation. xc666 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a suspension where xc666 acted in reasonable belief of a breach.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. xc666 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the xc666 platform — including but not limited to the xc666 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, promotional graphics, odds presentation formats, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of xc666 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

xc666's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the context of Bangladeshi players.
